Osmosis Sun Defense Bronzing Elixir

To use: Shake well, then take 5 pumps prior to going outside (1.5 hours if there is any food in your stomach). If more than 175 lbs., take 7 pumps. Monitor sun exposure carefully. Take second dose is still in sun 3 hours after first dose. For extended intense exercise outdoors or if taking sun-sensitizing medications, use alternative protection after 30 minutes. 

Initial Ingestible UV test to be done with first use:

Ingest Sun Defense Bronzing Elixir an hour prior to sun exposure. Apply a physical sunscreen to all parts of your body excluding an arm. After an hour in the sun, if your excluded arm is protected to your satisfaction, this Elixir may be ingested for your skin care needs. 
Take note that certain medications, including birth control, can be sun sensitizing and that certain medical conditions will necessitate the need for continued and additional sun exposure precautions.
